The Rev. Karen B. Montagno is interim Priest at St. Cyprian’s Episcopal Church in Roxbury, Massachusetts. She serves the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts Office of Congregational Resources and Training. She is a Colleague of Bethany House of Prayer a ministry with the Sisters of St. Anne-Bethany in Arlington, MA. Rev. Karen has also served as Dean of Students and Community Life and a faculty member at Episcopal Divinity School, and Priest Associate at Christ Church Cambridge, Massachusetts. Her ministry has centered around social justice as formative to pastoral care and spiritual formation. She is the co-editor of Injustice and the Care of Souls. Rev. Karen has served on the boards of Episcopal Relief and Development, the Massachusetts Chapter of the Union of Black Episcopalians and Episcopal City Mission.
