Chen Hui has a degree in English literature and education from Hunan Normal University and an MA in education from Harding University, in Searcy, Arkansas. She taught English in China, placed English teachers in Chinese schools, taught Chinese in English-speaking schools, and much of her life's work has been devoted to building bridges between China and the United States.
