I’m KT, a potter and bookbinder in the Piedmont region of Georgia. I founded Crafted by KT, LLC in 2018 because I enjoy making hardcover books and ceramic housewares. My books are hand-bound and constructed by me. My crockery includes lots of earthy elements. I admire folk pottery such as the prosed pottery of Dave Drake and the primordial vessels of Cherokee potters, and I make my work with them in mind. In addition to my original clay work, I also make bisque ceramics, pottery made from vintage molds, and kilnware.
