Although inSpirit is closed to onsite visitors until after the new year, we continue to process web, email, and phone orders as usual.  Please contact us with any questions.

Hi folks,

Here are some important holiday season announcements for you.

Free holiday shipping ends soon...
Through Sunday, 12/5, inSpirit is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more to be shipped within the United States. Place your holiday orders during this period to take advantage of this popular seasonal offer.

UU Common Read Announced...
Defund Fear: Safety Without Policing, Prisons, and
Punishment is the 2021/2022 UU Common Read. Published by Beacon Press, this title by Zach Norris shifts dialogue about public safety away from fear and punishment, toward growth and support systems for our families and communities. It is a blueprint for how to hold people accountable while still holding them in community. For resources to guide your engagement with this important book, we encourage you to visit the UUA's Common Read page at uua.org/read.

Holiday shopping--the sooner the better...
You may be aware of global supply chain shortages inhibiting the movement of products into the marketplace, and that the book world is affected as much as any other group. These issues have created uncertainty about the items inSpirit will have in stock at the times we would prefer. What we have now may not be readily available later, and items scheduled for publication/manufacture could be delayed without much notice.

In our effort to help you get your books and other gifts in time, we urge you to place holiday orders with inSpirit as early as you can. Pre-ordering titles will ensure that they are sent to you as soon as they are available. And inSpirit gift certificates are an easy way to support us and be rid of the anxiety over getting packages on time!

As always, please contact our knowledgeable bookstore staff with questions. Happy holidays and happy shopping!
