Jason Marsh is the editor-in-chief of Greater Good magazine and co-editor of Are We Born Racist? and The Compassionate Instinct. Previously the managing editor of The Responsive Community, the quarterly journal published at the Institute for Communitarian Policy Studies in Washington, DC, he has also worked as a documentary producer, kindergarten teacher, and public radio reporter and producer. Marsh is a graduate of Brown University and the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism, and lives in the San Francisco area.
