Shipping and Handling

Most orders are shipped by UPS. Items in stock leave our warehouse in Fitchburg, MA, within 48 hours. Orders are sent to our warehouse for processing the next business day. Orders placed online from midnight to 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time are sent to our warehouse for processing that morning. An order placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will not ship until Monday. Your order will arrive in 5 to 12 business days, depending on your distance from our warehouse. If you mail in your order, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.

The shipping and handling fee for regular shipments within the United States is based on the value of the total purchase:

$50.01 - $100	$9.00
$100.01 - $200	$15.00
$200.01 - $300	$20.00
$300.01 - $400	$23.00

If your total is over $400, your shipping fee is 7% of your total.

Returns

We accept returns in good condition with your invoice or packing slip within 30 days. Send the book(s) and invoice or packing slip to the following address for a full credit for the cost of your purchase:

Trade Distributor

Selected Skinner House titles are distributed to the trade market through Red Wheel/Weiser, LLC. If Red Wheel/Weiser distributes the book(s) you wish to purchase, please contact them directly.
