Online Accounts for Retail and Church Booksellers
If you have already activated your online account and would like to log in or update your account information, please click on “Your Account” on the upper right hand corner of your screen.
If you have not activated your online account, please follow these simple instructions:
- Locate your customer number.
You can find your customer number on any invoice or statement you’ve received from us. You can also call (1-800-215-9076) or email us (bookstore@uua.org) and we’ll look it up for you.
If your bookstore or book table does not already have a customer number, our customer service representatives will be happy to create one for you.
- Set up your online account.
Please enter your customer account number with an "a" as the first character (ex. a16652) as the User Name and uuachangeme as the Password.
Click the “Login” button when you are ready. Do not click the “Get An Account Now” button. You will be asked to enter a new User Name and Password and to review your Billing and Shipping Information.
NOTE: Once you’ve filled in the billing and shipping information requested you will have the option to change your User Name and Password. Be sure to choose a User Name and Password that will be easy to remember or record them as you will need this information every time you access your online account. You will also need to share this information with anyone who will be ordering for the Booktable account to ensure that they receive the proper discount.
