In this new and completely updated edition, this workbook helps seven- to eleven-year-olds who want to learn more about what it means to be a Unitarian Universalist. It is also suitable for those seeking the Unitarian Universalist religious emblem as part of their participation in Cub Scouting or Webelos. Using dynamic designs and fun illustrations, it provides stories, activities, and thoughtful questions to help children better understand themselves, their family, their community, and their faith.
FRIENDS IN MY CONGREGATION
What do you and your friends from the congregation do together when you see each other?
Interview three of your friends about what being a Unitarian Universalist means to them. Make a list of what they tell you on a piece of paper. Then, use your imagination to present their words in a creative way. You might put them into a drawing or puzzle, or find another creative way to share. If your creative project can be attached here, then do that. If it can't be attached, then take a picture and attach the picture to this page.
